This is an AK 47 Assault rifle. In the US it is legal to own an AK 47 so long as it was manufactured domestically prior to 1986 or imported prior to 1968. It is easily obtainable legally via private sale. It fires a 7.62 mm round, fires 600 rounds per minute, has an effective range of 300 metres, and has a 30 round sickle magazine. It is a highly lethal weapon.
This is a kinder suprise. It is illegal to sell in the US, although it is stocked illegally by some speacialty food import stores. If you have seen it for sale illegally in america you can contact the US CPSC (consumer product saftey comission) and they will make sure that the store removes it from their shelves. The kinder egg has small parts contained in a capsule inside the egg, that may prove a choking hazzard to small children; if their parents just so happen to be the most crimminaly negligent pair of fuckwads ever to defile the human race.
